Fantastic Sams Cut & Color

I would not recommend going this salon without making sure the stylist are capable of a basic textured cut! Below are photos of the haircut I received, my hair previously, and a photo of the haircut I wanted. During the cut the stylist asked me if I wanted my hair curled or straightened to which I said no as I do not like putting heat on my hair. Near the end she said she was going to curl it anyways because the reference photo I showed was curled, which was my first sign something was wrong. After she was finished I didn’t realize how uneven and choppy it was until I had gotten home and cannot believe a professional would allow me to leave looking like that. I normally do not submit reviews like this, but I have been stewing on this since Tuesday and there is no reason to experience the rudeness I received. 3days now. I went into this salon on Tuesday to get my hair cut and I already knew I would most likely have to wait because I did go in about an hour to 1.5 hrs before closing. I was set an appointment for the next day at 5pm; so Wednesday. I was fine with that because I work in Murfreesboro. I arrived Wednesday at 3:30 but sat in my car waiting until closer to my appointment time. About 430-440 I went into the salon. I cannot recommend this salon enough. My partner and I went in yesterday (4-19-25) and loved every second. My partners stylist was, I believe, the owner and my stylist was Mikayla. The way they made the whole environment fun, easy, enjoyable, and accepting is truly appreciated. I have massive anxiety when it comes to telling stylist how I want my hair done and they didn't even know that and made the whole situation so easy. I will be bringing my kids to get their hair cut soon. Thank you so much for that amazing experience. My partner and I both love our haircuts and love yall so much! Thank you!
