Fantastic Sams Cut & Color

Le was my stylist. The rating made me think this was a good place to go to. I haven't had many experiences in a salon but this was terrible. I will not be returning and now have to go somewhere else to fix my hair. My treatment wasn't left on for the 10mims it says online and I'm positive it didn't cover my whole head. My haircut, I asked for a trim on the bottom. I wanted to add layers and some face framing. My layers were just the ends being trimmed at an angle. My face framing is wonky. One side is thicker and longer than the other. I scheduled a blowout thinking the poofy images I seen online but I was told that was more for men and it would just be blow drying my hair. My hairdresser, Le, did an amazing job! ❤️ I went in with hair to the mid of my back, wanting to chop off most of it into a bob. Le was very nice and gave me exactly what I wanted! I'm obsessed and will most definitely be coming back to get my hair trimmed by her 😊

Le was my stylist about a week ago, and I'm so dissapointed in my service considering the great reviews about her. I got a peakaboo bleach and it came out splotchy and there was a major lack in communication. When she washed my hair she got distracted by the stylist behind her and nearly got soap in my eye! The bleach was applied directly to my scalp first and left a hot almost burning feeling on my scalp I'm still unsure is normal. It was left to process for at least 50 minutes as she seemed to also be distracted by her other customers. I left the salon with still wet hair and when it fully dried and I arrived home my cut left a bit to be desired and my roots were almost platinum while the rest of my hair was different shades of blond with almost no consistency. Le is amazing! She fixed a blonde highlight toning issue that I kept running into at a more expensive local salon. Le listened carefully as we talked through how to achieve more of a strawberry/copper blonde highlight look. Le got it perfect with a full balayage and toner! I am so happy with the fall-like warmth of my blonde highlights. She also made me comfortable during my appointment. I'm a sensory-sensitive person who really struggles in salons due the sounds, lights, smells, and touches. Le wasn't aware of this about me, yet she made several gentle and thoughtful adjustments without me having to ask. It made the whole experience much more enjoyable.
