Fantastic Sams Cut & Color

Heather is very knowledgeable and friendly. Love the hair products used on my hair. Makes my aging hair feel soft and manageable. I am always very pleased with the cut and style. It’s easy to set-up appointments online which includes reminders. I highly recommend this location in Naperville.

I prefer this place. I only really liked one hairstylist. But my schedule didnt match hers. Everyone is nice & polite. You can schedule on the app. Easy peasey.

Heather is a phenomenal stylist both for cut and color! She listens and then delivers exactly what you request and I have been very happy with her work for a long time!

I went for a hair coloring with Veronica and left was very upset.She did not apply any skin protective cream before putting color and put the color not in my hair but all over my forehead and sideburns and left multiple burns marks and my whole face was left stained with color. Then I had to ask the other 2 employees to help me since Veronica was not able to get rid of the stains on my forehead and sideburns. They used eye glass cleaner and Windex to clean the stains off my forehead and sideburns. I’ve never experienced something so unprofessional in my life. After more than 3 hours and missing 2 of my business meetings and leaving my clients mad. I went on May 28th and now I’m feeling pain all over my forehead and sideburns from the burn marks and my sideburns have red rashes.

I’ve been going to Heather for several years and I really love her. She makes my hair look wonderful! I wish I could go every day!
