Fantastic Sams Cut & Color

It was super easy to schedule an appointment online. I didn't realize they were open on Sunday, that was a pleasant surprise. It was nice to have a hair wash and condition included in their very reasonable price. Megan did a great job. She listened to my description and asked questions. She even made recommendations. I will definitely go back to have Megan do my hair.

Went in for haircut and highlights. Haircut was not what I had wanted. Then they proceeded to act like I was dumb and didn’t know how highlights worked with a full hair dye and said they couldn’t do it. Which we all know you bleach then dye and then highlight which they told me that I couldn’t do that because it couldn’t be dyed before highlights. So without arguing I decided to let it go and take that 100$ somewhere else to have it done. Should’ve done the same with that 22$ for my haircut. My appointment was before someone else’s and tried to see them before I was seen. Worst place to get a haircut at. Need new people in there. Unprofessional and gossiping about work related stuff in front of customers.

Lady got me done, was very nice and did excellent job. Open 7 days a week and offer specials and deals. Decent prices too. Can't wait to go back for follow up to keep it up thank you highly recommend. (Great products available too)

Very happy with my haircut! Shannon listened to my concerns, and provided a cut that I am pleased with and that will be easy care. She was friendly, efficient, and professional!
