Fantastic Sams Cut & Color

I would like to file a complaint about the service I experienced today. I waited 45 minutes in the lobby for a haircut while watching only two stylists doing all the work. The lobby was full, and those two girls were working nonstop, but the manager was not helping at all. She spent most of the time sitting in the back or lightly sweeping the same small area without actually contributing to the workload. Even during the 20 minutes it took to complete my haircut, she still made no effort to assist the team or support the customers waiting. It was frustrating to watch the stylists struggle while the manager stood by and did nothing. This is unprofessional and unfair to both customers and employees, and it made the entire experience much worse than it needed to be. I hope this issue is addres

I went in for a haircut and ask for an inch off the top and when they got done it looked like they took off 4 inches there needs to be a more experienced stylist that knows how to cut African American hair

Was told walk ins only on the phone. Waited 25 minutes in the lobby (post check in) just to be told another customer called in and will be a little more complex of a style; that I should come back in a few hours.

I have been going here for years and normally there not a problem. They have great prices and they employees are normally very nice and sweet. But I went there to 3-2-2025 and I needed to have my son get a haircut and there employee Lori was very very rude and said that they were unable to cut his hair because they had four die jobs today already scheduled. And that there was no exception to get a haircut for my son. Like I said she is very very rude and in my personal opinion she should be fired or suspended from her position until she learns how to deal with customers. I did speak with the owner Dan brisker he's a very nice gentleman and he did say that he would take care of the issue but none the less is still an issue and I do not recommend anybody going there.

I just got what was supposed to b a face but I don't know what this cut is but I'm going to call it the worst cut I've ever gotten. I couldve done better myself and not used any gas driving their and 17.00 I had to pay for something I'm going to have to end up cutting myself just to fix this crap cut. Really she couldn't even line back of my neck up and I tipped her 3 bucks cause I couldn't tell how bad it was at the time. Going back tomorrow to get my money back cause I'm pissed. .... Went back and was treated good. Got refund and manager gave me the fade I wanted to begin with.
