Fantastic Sams Cut & Color

I would give zero stars if I could. I made an appointment a week ago for a cut and color. When I went no one was there. Waited 25 minutes still no one showed up. No sign on the door and not answering the phone. No phone call from Andrea. She was supposed to do my hair. I would at least expect a courtesy call to maybe reschedule but nothing. So needless to say I know I'm just a dollar sign to them but Andrea just lost a customer. That's the last place I would go to have any kind of service.

Andrea and Sherri (the owner) are wonderful! Took me from damaged, box dyed hair to vibrant and healthier looking. They work hard to give you exactly what you ask for. Highly recommend this salon!

Amanda did an amazing job on my hair! I wanted a haircut, but also a specific hairstyle. Not only was she incredibly professional and sweet but they also did an incredible job and nailed the hairstyle. It looks just the way I wanted it to. I will definitely be coming back!

Just got home from my first hair cut with Amanda.....I am soooo happy. For 3yrs I've been trying to find a stylist that would/could do what I asked...with no luck.....until today . Thank you Amanda you did exceedingly above what I imagined. I can't stop smiling. And not only is she good at her job but very nice also....what could be better than that. She listened to my attempted explanation of what I was looking for then did it perfectly. I am so looking forward to having her color my hair. Amanda you deserve 10 stars ********** in my opinion :)

Joanne is THE BEST!!! She takes her time and makes sure that you are happy with the results. This was a complicated color but she tackled it with no doubts!! Thank you Joanne!! I love it and everyone was telling me how great it was at the wedding.
