Fantastic Sams Cut & Color

I did have a bad hair cut, but after talking with Kimberly their manager. We resolved my issue within the best way possible, and it really made me feel better that she called after seeing my review to talk about what happened and she apologized profusely. My hair will grow back and I have ways of handling it til that happens. I'm a happier customer now

Michaela did my hair and I love it so much. I felt so beautiful when she was done. I was able to have my kids with me and everyone was so kind to them and me. The environmet was so relaxing.

Uuhhmm...where to start? I'm sure it greatly depends on the person you get to cut your hair. On this visit, we were cutting my 14 year old son's hair. He gets a typical Filipino Style Barber Cut. What we ended up with was a Very uneven haircut. We pointed it out and she tried to fix it but in the end, it was not a desirable outcome.

If I could put 0 stars, I would. Today I went in to get mine & my 2 daughters haircuts, we had just opened the door and hadn't even stepped foot in and this is what we were told "we closed at 6 it's 6:01, you need to leave" mind you, I called before 3pm to ask if they were by appointment and what time did they close. So I let it be known that I called beforehand. She said "well I don't know who you called but it wasn't us. I said yes, it was. She said, "Oh yea, what number did you call then?" I went on my phone and said the number and said it's the number for this place and someone told me 9 pm so... she said "well it wasn't me. Was it you?" Looked at the girl at the counter, and she said it wasn't me. She looked at the other girl that I couldn't see and said "was it you she talked to?" S

Called in twice around 7:30pm and didn't get an answer, but we needed a haircut fast for an event and decided to drive in, since hours were stated to be open until 9pm. When we arrived at 7:50pm, the sign said open and some (but not all) lights were on, but the front door was locked and there was no one in sight. If you don't want to stay open until your posted time then take 2 minutes and update your hours online. Very frustrating.
