Fantastic Sams Cut & Color

This location is a dumpster fire. The 3.8 they currently have is a very generous rating. They typically close 1 to 2 hours earlier than posted time. I've seen them chase off customers while I was getting my haircut so they could get out "on time." I should have known better than to go back for another haircut after seeing that but a few weeks later I returned. When I did, they were actually closed an hour & 45 minutes early. They were in the building.They just had the door locked because they didn't want to take any more customers. This business needs a camera installed. These employees are straight up robbing from the owner. Maybe they'll catch on before it's too late & they go out of business.

Went here and WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! The hispanic lady is just terrible at cutting hair!! Me and my brother both left with uneven cut bangs and layers even after I told her it wasn’t right she tried to correct me!!! She also just can’t listen to how much hair you want cut off and cuts way too much. Uneven stringy bangs but a bowl cut in the back…terrible. I’ve came here before and had a sweet Asian lady who did it perfectly, I would NEVER recommend the Latina lady to ANYBODY EVERRRRRR!! Fire hire or teach her better, just because this is a franchise hair place with cheaper prices does not mean you should just experiment in peoples hair and do it completely wrong. On top of all of this they can’t do perms right either and charge way too much for it!

My Mom went in with a reference photo. The lady (her name was Kimi) said she could do it. When her hair started turning orange she asked the lady what was up and the lady told her it was brown. It is clearly not brown! My mom paid 90$ for this nightmare! Worst part is they haven't offered to fix it or refund her! Don't do business here! You've been warned! First photos are her and the last are the photos she used as a reference photo she showed them first.

Haircut was ok. My 1 star is for the owner. I had a coupon from the FundRays coupon book. Lady said we don't take those. I said it's for this exact location. She said the owner said no coupons. Not very smart of the owner who paid to advertise in this coupon book and has a contractual obligation to honor the coupon. The purpose of advertising is to generate new business. It worked. You had a new customer who you then lost by not accepting the coupon. I don't care about $3. Not a big deal. But I don't like dishonesty. So you had a new customer for a minute but then lost him. Well done.

I THOUROUGHLY UNDERSTAND THE POOR REVIEWS! You are expected to sit down and shut up when you go in here. Do not ask any questions, do not double check to make sure they understand what you want. I simply wanted to make sure the gaurd and lever was a 3. I was ignored and politely asked if she was going to answer the question. I was told to go somewhere else, that she didnt want to deal with this??? Waited for someone else. Better, but still to fast, not thourough and she shoved my hand awaywhen i pulled the towel down so she could go over my neck?? First one quotes me 20.00....Second tells me 15.00??? Never had this experience at a Fantastic Sams...I THOUROUGHLY UNDERSTAND THE POOR REVIEWS!!
