Fantastic Sams Cut & Color

Extremely poor service from the beginning, when I created the appointment the lady who answered (also the stylist) asked for my first and last name and as I was spelling my last name she cut me off saying “ okay that’s enough” so I had hoped she wasn’t my stylist for my appointment. When I got there with my friend she didn’t introduce herself, she took us back and she only asked what do you want. No conversation, only thing she said was you need to dye your hair. So after my cut it looked “okay” I kept examining it in the mirror and I did not see any layers, she did not have me look down and it just looked blunt and very uneven. During my friend’s service her service was much nicer, giving her compliments and talking to her a little bit more. But she did not listen to what my friend wanted

I went in today for service. Hair cut. I had requested, 4 inches to be taken off, with layers and to frame my face. I cried after i left. My hair was not parted correctly, more than 4 inches was taken off, my hair is uneven and choppy. My hair was long, past my waist, it now sits above my bra line. She was a nice lady but cutting hair is not her strong suit. I am highly disappointed, as FS has a standard and i trusted that. Unfortunately, it is nothing close to what i asked for and i am afraid to ask for anyone to fix it because it will be shorter if they do. I have a wedding at the end of the month and this cut is just awful. Along with that, she pulled out some grey hair. I did not ask for that and I requested her to not continue to do that. I want to ask for a refund but i dont even

If I could give no stars, I would. Please don’t let anyone here touch a boy’s head. They ruined both my children’s hair and had to go somewhere else to get it fixed. This customer service is terrible, and the haircut was terrible. This woman shouldn’t even have a license to cut hair. Don’t believe the 4.3 stars on google go to Yelp. Do some real research and see all the one-star reviews they’ve earned. That’s the true quality of their service.

Had a wonderful experience! The staff are so kind and welcoming I wasn’t feeling great all day but they helped me feel like a million bucks when I walked out and I’ve never seen or felt my hair so shiny and healthy!!! Absolutely loved it!!! Definitely deserves ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Super friendly but beware, I asked for a body wave and she did a spiral perm without asking me. I didn't realize the difference until the other worker said "oh, your getting a spiral perm" and she insisted on perming my bangs even though I knew they would burn and they did. She said it would look bad if they were straight. No, they look bad burnt up. Listen to your customer, it cost me $130.to get something I didn't want. I work hard for my money
