Fantastic Nails

Came in as a walk-in & it was obvious that all the nail techs were occupied but they welcomed me in, sat me down to look over nail colors and it took maybe 15-20 mins before someone was able to service me which is not a bad wait and I didn’t mind anyway as I knowingly knew I was going to wait as a walk-in. The lady that serviced me was polite & prompt. I just needed a manicure (hence I was comfortable being a walk-in) and was just gonna get the basic package +gel up-charge but she convinced me to get the upgrade with some spa massage of my hands/arms. In which I would segue that every time I see someone get pissed that they paid more than they thought they would they usually are just not assertive in what service they want to get. Best nail salon in my book. Mimi, Johnny and Tammy are the best. They always do an amazing job with my nails. I go in looking like a zombie with my nails and I always leave with beautiful nails. Thank you! This is why I keep returning and why I always drive 25-35 miles to this place. Because the results are always spot on. I like how they are always clean and how they disinfect their tools. They make sure you are comfortable and they check on you through their work to make sure you are happy with the process and I’m always happy with the results.

Everyone is nice. Just the fact that the lady that I got cant even do basic fill-in. The shaped are off and she over filled my culticle. The process of e-filling them? Painful! Update! I called to make a comment about the situation and the owner told me to come back next day to get them fixed. John took care of my nails and they turned out perfect!

In overall i had a great experience the owners are really nice. One of the ladies in there had started doing my nails which looked horrible until John took over and ever since I ONLY schedule appts with JOHN i love how he takes its time and makes sure that my nails look great!!!

Let me start by saying that I’ve been knowing Mimi for 13 years, I been following her since she was working for another shop, her attitude now and then is completely different. I’ve seen their business and family grow. My review is coming from a heartbroken place as I am fed up with her attitude- I use to tolerate it because she is good at what she does- one of the best out there but the attitude and customer service is horrible depending on how her day is going.
