Fantastic Cuts Family Hair & Tanning Center

It’s been a while since I’ve had a color process done on my hair. I recently graduated and wanted to treat myself. Kelly did an outstanding job on my hair, with the service of a balayage with a caramel color. It came out just how I wanted. My jaw literally dropped. I loved the result. In addition, kelly has an amazing personality and work ethic. You can tell she really cares about her clients.

I’m very disappointed with Fantastic Cuts. I tried to use a gift certificate for a haircut that had expired less than a month earlier, and they refused to honor it or offer any accommodation. Given how recently it expired, I expected at least some flexibility or a reasonable solution, but none was offered. Gift certificates are paid for in advance, and refusing to honor one over such a short time frame shows poor customer service and a lack of consideration for customers. This experience left a very bad impression and neither me nor my family will be returning.

Kelly is literally the BEST! I’ve been going to her exclusively because she’s the only stylist I trust with my color and extensions. She is deeply dedicated to making sure that everything is perfect down to the last detail, no longer how long the process might take. She is also super knowledgeable about all kinds of extensions, and has gone above and beyond in making sure that we found the type of extensions that worked for me , even when my hair was being super difficult. Be sure to book with Kelly if you can, your hair will thank you!

Just want to say fantastic cuts is great Anna is amazing stylist Kelly rocks when it comes to hair. She does amazing highlights and money pieces. She is awesome at corrective coloring. I asked for a cut and blow out . Cut was fine, but all I got for my blow out was she sprayed my ends and dried them. I was disappointed in the service. Since we called and made an appointment and said she wanted a cut and blowout not sure why she would need to say it again. I’m glad you reviewed the cameras , and like I said in the phone call it’s all good, just wasn’t what we asked for. We have been here many times , and with the nasty reply I will not be returning there are plenty of places . Have a good one !
