Fantastic Beauty Supply

Amazing how customer service can be non existent when people come into these stores. I am at the register and you walk away from the register to unbox stuff, you have all day to do that. In this cashier's mind its more important for her to unpack than wait on me and take my money. Hmmm, ok. Got it, you will not get anymore and I'll share w/ my friends to go elsewhere. Beauty supply stores everywhere.

The owners/ workers there are rude and disrespectful… I came in one day (been here a couple of time before) to purchase an item that was locked in the cage,( one of the workers came over to assisted. And the look on his face! showed he did he did not want to be bothered. He walked over I said “ hello, how you doing”. He replied “what you want”. Very rude, but I brushed it off I told him what items I wanted and he got them. I reach my hand out, thinking he was going to give them to me, he said “ No, you’ll get them up there”( pointing to the register). “ I said “ I can’t see them before I buy them?” He said “No, you can get them up there” pointing to the register again. Long story short…end up getting the items because I was in a rush and I need them for an event….. one of the items that I

Satisfactory customer service depending on who’s there working there is a good supply a weaving, braiding hair twist curly not a very big wig supply been in the area very long time. Has to be watched during checkout. Don’t want to give refunds , Master cosmetologist

The owners are NOT grateful for"your" business. No hello nor thank you. I went three times and its has been the same no manner older Asian lady at the counter. I will not be back. I'll take my money elsewhere! I suggest others do the same. Maybe then, they will be appreciative of the customers.

I had a very upsetting experience at this store today that left me feeling disrespected and profiled. After purchasing my items and preparing to leave, I was stopped by staff who asked to search my bag. I cooperated fully because I had nothing to hide, but the way it was handled felt invasive and unnecessarily aggressive. My bag was taken to a back area, and I wasn’t given a clear explanation or apology. What upset me most is that I’ve shopped here before without issue, but this time I was treated like a suspect rather than a paying customer. It’s hard not to feel like I was being profiled based on how I look. No one took accountability, and no one made an effort to de-escalate or apologize. I’m leaving this review because I don’t want anyone else to be made to feel the way I felt humil
