Fancy Nails

Just moved to the area and decided to try this place out and it looks like I found my new go-to nail salon! I had Cici do a gel manicure and pedicure and she barely spoke English but was just so cute and meticulous! She went back and fixed everything I asked her to with no hesitation! I appreciated that she took her time with my nails and helped me find the exact color I wanted. Highly recommend! So happy with how my nails turned out!

It's definitely the best nail place in the greater Five Points area. We have tried numerous nail salons all along Route 33, and Fancy Nails offers the best quality work. The relation of price vs. quality is very good. You can always make an appointment there, but please bear in mind that having an appointment doesn't guarantee one is going to be taken in immediately; often a time there is a wait involved. Highly recommended.

Clearly a business that lacks integrity or good customer service. Gave us an appointment for 3 pm for manicures, made us wait for over an hour, took walk ins who came in after us in before us. Leave alone an apology they were actually rude about it. The manicures were okay and honestly we should have gotten out of there before wasting our money

Recently just got a pedicure less than 1 week ago and I have 2 broken toenails on my gel pedicure.... they wanted to charge me when I went back to the salon which the pedicure should last more than one week. Fine I agreed to the $10 she proposed while I was in the chair. When I went to go pay, I handed the woman a $10 bill.... and she looked at me and said 20. I'm sorry, fixing two toenails on a gel pedicure that I received last week should not be $20 additional. The woman and I went back back-and-forth for a few minutes and I told her that I was not paying $20 for a fix two toenails on a gel pedicure that did not last..... previously the guy would do it for free so for me $10 was even a stretch. I love this place! I got a French gel manicure almost four weeks ago and I have not experienced any issues at ALL! My nails have grown as expected, but they still look great! Cant wait to go back soon.
