Fancy Nails

I’ve been going here for 5 years now, and today was my last time. I go in on Friday for an acrylic fill, and the man doing my nails just picked a random color and started painting. I asked him to see the color book to pick my own color. He brings the polish I want to the desk and the proceeeds to do my nails with the color he chose instead, that was not even similar to the pink color i picked out. I let him just do the tan color he wanted and then left frustrated. I come back an hour later looking to get the color I wanted because I hated the color he gave me, and the staff was very rude about it. The woman with the bob doing my nails was visibly annoyed and sighing. I tipped her very generously for fixing my nails for me, even though the salon was insisting i didn’t pay for the mistake.

The Fancy Nail employee cut 5 of my fingers, they were reckless, unprofessional, dangerous, unclean, and used common use equipment on my bloody fingers. She put my bloody fingers in the dip everyone uses. They were rough and unfriendly. They did not do what was asked of them, disgusting cleanliness with my blood, negligent, rude, disrespectful, poor quality, strongly recommend NOT going to Fancy Nails, Do Not Go Here! They were sloppy and mean.

I decided to try a new nail salon and stumbled upon Fancy Nails. They were busy but had plenty of employees so the wait time wasn’t bad. They did an amazing pedicure with an exfoliating mask and hot towel. I got my nails filled and I love them. I paid $76 for pedicure with gel polish and a fill with gel polish manicure. I would recommend coming here. I will definitely be back
