I'm new to the area and went in here to get my nails. Done cause they guarantee me, I'd be happy and the owner did my nails and it was a horrible, ugly set of nails, I was very unhappy after I got home and looked at them, they were uneven somewhere thick somewhere thin, some were curved somewhere straight. Some were coughing somewhere square. They're just ugly. So I wanted a refund and she basically wouldn't give me a refund, but said that they would redo them if I came in and the next 2 days, well-being, it's the holidays and I'm in the middle of moving, I wasn't able to do that so basically, after I told her how unhappy I was, I got hung up on very bad business. They were nice. I wasn't mad, I just wanted a refund because I wasn't able to come in and get them repaired or fixed, they'd h
