I asked the technician to fix the shape of my pointer fingers because they were uneven. I was told they were fine, but they were not corrected and still look mismatched. Attention to detail and addressing client concerns were lacking, and I left disappointed with the result.

I’ve been really enjoying gel x. There are so many techs that there’s almost never a wait time, and if it is then it’s maybe 10mins. I’ve never had a bad nail job. I give 4 stars because I don’t recommend getting your brows done there. My skin was torn off.

My go to place to get my girls nails done. They alaways give what she asks for and is really happy how they come out. Ask for Vicky she's the best!

My overall experience was great! They were friendly and worked fast. However, I asked for acrylics and they ended up doing dip (my fault because I didn’t stop her) but not even 4 days later I’ve already broke 3 of my nails off. My design was super cute though!

I got a full set and within 6 days, 3 broke off at the exact same spot. 1 of the breaks was within 18 hours and I went the next day to have it fixed. When I called to see if I can have the other 2 fixed, the girl said I could have a discount for a fill because it’s been 6 days and I would need a fill by now. Picture for proof I don’t need a fill. And one break was peeling a cutie orange. Terrible quality nails and even worse customer service. Please keep in mind that I have nails on regularly and I’m not hard on them. I tried this new place because my usual place is really far to drive so I was wanting something a little closer. Never again.
