i went to this salón bacause supoosdly they know how to remove the nail without doing serious damage,and they cut my nail wrong and he was still trying to work on my damaged nail and charged me 30$after damage

my nails were fine, I liked them, but I was with my friend and they hurt her finger horribly, the man was super rude because he wanted to do things quickly and tore off a piece of her nail and made it bleed, he wanted to fix it with acetone, after that incident they started doing things wrong, the lady who helped me started being rough with me, there were only 2 people serving, and 3 more clients arrived and they started doing everything super fast, I would recommend it because the nails turned out good, but I do not recommend it because of the treatment of the clients!! they should be prepared for these accidents and not just want to put acetone on an open wound.

I came here after having a bad experience at a different salon and needed the nails taken off. They took me in right away, super friendly, greeted me as soon as I walked in. I showed them the nails I had on my hands and they quickly said they could soak them off and fix them for me. Super quick and gave me exactly what I wanted.

This place is outstanding! Kevin did such a good job today on my nails. The environment was so friendly and refreshing. You can even sign up for rewards! Such a great place 10/10 recommend!

I would certainly not return here but before I leave I wanted to share feedback so others can be spared. I got my nails on Thursday 9 May. And look at the picture already. I did not wait 40min, pay $50 plus tip to get this result. This was my first and last time here. The gentleman obviously did not do his job. The top transparent coat began to crack on the 3rd day and today one of my tip fell off and the other index finger is chipped.
