Fancy Nails Spa

This place is so dirty I have no idea how it got such a good rating. I went hoping it would be good and from the start, it was bad. They made the acrylic so thick my nails were aching and I had to take them off after 24 hours. The nail tech nicked my cuticles 3 times and I had to ask for the file cause I wasn’t trying to get hurt anymore.

An un-relaxing experience. I entered this nail salon more relaxed than when I left which was the xtreme opposite of what I needed today. The nail tech was very detailed with a steady hand but she did poke my cuticle and had to apply antiseptic which hurt. After she had finished painting my nails she sat me at the bar to have cold air blown on my hands and arms for 45 minutes while the techs cackled loudly from the breakroom in a language that i could not understand. It must have been a very funny, and dynamic story! Mind you we just had a snowstorm and its like 20 degrees and my hands and forearms are freezing cold. I'm sitting there wondering why my nails aren't drying but hey, they are the pro's right? She comes over to check on me and says oh! Why is this not drying? Calls another lady

So deeply disappointed. I wanted dip powder, received gel.she did not clean underneath my nails at all. Was cut with cuticle cutters during my pedicure service. The gel is literally cured around my nails onto my fingers, lint cured into the gel as well. Nevermind the severe imperfections in the nails. When I expressed how I was unhappy with the set I was gaslighted by the manger. Paid 90 dollars for the service and was not offered a gift card or anything. Might I also just add my wedding is this Saturday. Highly recommend going elsewhere.

i used to come here for 3 years and had the best experiences and awesome nails up until October 2023. I made an appointment prior and ended up sitting and waiting and hour after my appointment. I finally got settled and a new women started doing my nails. took her about ANOTHER hour to do just the acrylic. i asked for almond nails and had to repeatedly state that all my nails were different shapes and sizes and they were so thin they bent. she kept saying that my natural nails were “too tiny” so she couldn’t do it, i’ve never had this happen. this women started to talk about me to her coworker because i was being “dramatic” for not being heard, talked badly about, and waiting two hours. i had enough. i walked out and didn’t pay. she was rude, highly unprofessional and i left in tears due t

I have been going to fancy nails for a couple of years. I have never been less than completely satisfied; It is a first rate nail salon with a lovely staff. They are exceedingly polite, kind and accommodating. Da does my nails and always manages to turn them from looking like a complete wreck to very presentable! I’m a true fan of this salon and of Da!
