I hate my nails. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and they look completely different. It’s not clean at all and the design is trash. I’m not going back ever. It was literally 100$ down the drain. Taking them off as soon as I get home.

From a distance the nails looked okay, I rush out to do some errands and than realized I was in pain. I look and my toenails are bleeding. I went back immediately and requested a refund they said they did not do any refund to call the second location to speak w the manager and I did and he proceed to say he does not do refunds. He could care less of his clients. For your hygiene stay away and save your money. The photos you see are hours from getting my “toes done”

Horrible experience! The nail tech was upset because I didn’t leave her a tip she even tried looking in my purse to see if I had any loose change. She rushed to get my nails complete because she had a party to attend and proceeded to tell me she stayed over 5 mins after the shop closed so she should receive overtime pay. I will absolutely never return to this place!

So so many things wrong with this place where do i even start. Nothing was sanitized, she cut my fingers multiple times filing leaving me bleeding and in pain, and the acrylics are lumpy! she couldn’t do a simple almond shape so none of my nails look the same. I could’ve done a better job myself. I want a refund!

Very affordable and the guy that did my nails put up with me so well. He's so funny and lovely. He followed the reference so well and I've never loved my nails more!!! ☹️Had to lower my expectations, so sad. I really thought this place was the one. I have my own nail tech who listens to what I want, I'll just come here for pedicures.
