I decided to try a new nail place closer to my house. I got a gel manicure and pedicure. I went on 8/7 and within 10 days my gel started coming off of my feet. Anywhere else I have ever gone at gotten a gel pedicure it has lasted 6-8 weeks at least. The manicure was okay but, the person that did my manicure didn’t start until after they closed and I felt was rushing. I did have an appointment also. I told her that I wanted to use my regular nails instead of the nails that were on me and she told me that no I didn’t they would break. Charged $115 and a child could have done better. 3 weeks today and this definitely cannot be gel they put on my feet. Don’t waste your time or money.

This was my first visit, and I couldn’t be happier. I was greeted and helped right away by the man at the front. Even though they had mixed reviews on their chrome nails, I gave the purple chrome a try because it was such a pretty color and I wanted something cool and floral. I’m absolutely in love with how they turned out, especially for the price. I believe it was around $55, which is such a steal considering the set and the customer service. It’s been around 5 days since my visit and this set still looks fresh. Will 100% be coming back even though I live in Blacksburg. Totally recommend those in the area to come by.

This was my first time at Fancy Nails, and I seriously couldn’t be happier!!! I showed them a photo of the chrome pearl nails I wanted, and they made them look even better than the inspo! They paid so much attention to the little details. Plus the staff were so sweet and welcoming, really making me feel taken care of!

I received a botched manicure the day before going out of town. I asked for a red chrome which was on their display and he mistakingly did a black base instead of red so my nails looked like I had been digging in dirt. Within a day or two the red chipped off badly and my nails looked the worst they’ve ever looked. I’m not one to say anything even though he expressed over and over again that it wasn’t turning out right and that he should’ve done a red base. He told me to come back several times and he would fix them even thought I told him I was leaving out of town for the holidays. I assured him it was ok and he said he did his best so I paid, tipped and left planning to never come back.
