Fancy Nails of Bradenton

I have been frequenting Fancy Nails & Spa for years. They always provide excellent service, they are extremely talented, everyone is nice and kind, and attentive. Being a mother is very demanding, once I had to bring my son in with me, and when I tell you they played with him, held him, and out of love not just so I could get my service done. I’ll be coming here for years!

Andrea, I’m very sorry that you think you weren’t listened to or attended to properly at Fancy Nails. As a frequent client, I can tell you that I witnessed when your incident occurred. I’m very sorry about the misunderstanding, but I also suggest that you improve your attitude when requesting a service because, as I repeat, I was sitting next to you and heard and saw everything from the moment you arrived. Fancy Nails is a very professional place where I have always felt comfortable, and I believe that if you had asked about the service in a different way and in another tone, you would have had an incredible experience. I hope your day gets better, and that your attitude does too.

First experience a few weeks ago four stars all the way! The lady I had did an excellent job. Took her time, made sure to ask what I needed or wanted. Even the gentleman at the door helped out was very kind. The second time I went in not as great as an experience as the first time. Still was welcomed really nicely and helped from the gentleman up front. The problem came in from the technician I had this time. I asked for my nails to be rounded in a natural shape I thought was a simple request that didn't happen. Pick the color they didn't have it that's normal no big deal kind of upsetting but whatever I can get over it. Picked a second color it was all right I accepted it. He was in a hurry the whole time and you can tell. I wasn't in a hurry so if I would have had to wait an hour for som

This was my first time going here. I must say from Entry I was greeted with amazing smile from “King” Q is his name. Very helpful staff. The nail tech listened to my needs and let me be honest I have NEVER gone back to nail shops who don’t. This place is worth the experience.
