Fancy Nails II

This place is horrible. I will never come here again. I asked them not to use an electric file on my nails because my nails just recovered from being paper thin. Next my toenails were filed crooked. They painted outside of the lines. Overall I could have done this myself. I got the 50.00 pedicure, which my leg was burned by the hot stones. They constantly talked about me in their language which I used Google Translate to listen. Overall humiliating experience and the persons working on my nails continually laughed at me. When I went to pay, the lady asked was I tipping. Absolutely not.

I went in for eyebrow waxing and basic manicure. The manicure was a rushed job with the sides of the nails not being fully covered. Then my eyebrows looked boxy and uneven. I politely asked to make them thinner and the lady said they’re fine the way they are. Will not be returning

This is what they charged $153 for. The manager rained insults on me when I expressed my dissatisfaction. She told me she treat Africans that way because “You Africans are cheap” I wish everyone could just avoid using them for just 1 week so they can value good costumers.

Wish I could give 0 stars. These people are super rude and unprofessional. They use the same tools on everyone's feet which is UNSANITARY. The woman who did my feet caught an attitude and started handling my feet roughly when I asked her to even out my toe. Also the paint job was very messy. They then tried to change me an extra $10 until I pointed out the price listed on the menu. They also charge $1 to use credit card machine which is illegal. DO NOT come here and waste your money.

This place is horrible they deserve 0 stars in my opinion I was told my set was a certain price and when I got home my card was charged a different amount ., he drilled my cuticle to the point where my finger started bleeding. On top of that I told him my nails were crooked and not straight and he gives me the file to file my own nails down then gets an attitude and starts going off I will never go here again this place needs to be shut down immediately!!!!
