I never try to write bad reviews so if I do it’s bad. She filed so rough she cut my skin not once but twice !!!she didn’t do any cuticle oil after, the pink parts we streaky and have bubbles in them. I felt rushed too. I said multiple times how I feel like there is stuff under my nails I’m the corner and nothing was done I have to go in there and scrap them myself. I’ll happy drive to Jim nails in maple shade any day of the week compaired to this or happy nails in Williamstown

I have been a customer here for YEARS, never had an issue. I went in there this evening with my 5 year old. She wanted her nails and toes painted. This is exactly what I asked for. I specifically said no to a manicure and a pedicure for a 5 year old. No to gel for a 5 year old. I proceeded to get a pedicure, and was intending on getting a full set. The guy who did my pedicure ( new to this establishment) was terrible. I felt bad, everyone starts somewhere. He was intending on doing my full set….i politely declined and said I was running late….. here is the issue. They charged 115 for a pedicure and a nail polish for A 5 YEAR OLD! ( a pedicure for me also) I voiced my concerns, the owner said she wasn’t going to charge for the gel polish i specifically said I did not want. I handed her my c

I recommend coming here I absolutely love getting my nails done here! It’s been a while since I’ve been here but they never do me wrong! It didn’t take long and they were very neat and even recommended stuff also made sure it was what I wanted!!! 💕

My appointment was given to a white woman and from what I observed from the owner Samy whom my appointment was with and her husband Tony that did my nails was very racist and and ignorant as I complained that I did not like my nails they began to speak in their language as I spoke my disapproval for their blatant disrespect Tony cursed at me and told me I can get the F**k out! Never going back and I would strongly think about going if you are a black woman….looking through the reviews majority of the complaints are from black women smh…
