i came here for some highlights and color correction. i had made clear with the stylist that i understand that my hair could not be as light as the highlights in reference photo due to previous bleach and dye, but I wanted the overall base to be a bit lighter than my natural shade and to cover all previous bleach with dye. I told him he could bleach my hair as well as dye it any darker color to cover the red. I expressed my concern of leaving my with Warm Brown tones in my hair and he agreed that the color would be Ash Blonde. We agreed on the service and he started cutting my hair without permission. I told him I want to keep my length and he told me that the hair is damaged thats why he cut it. I let that be and let him continue to bleach my hair. The bleach was on my hair for over two

The previous review made by Twin is by me. The reply you gave is utter bullshit. I have video evidence of the man saying he did not speak english and that he messed up my hair. I did acknowledge that it would not be as light BUT I MADE CLEAR OF WHAT I WANTED when i got the opposite. You did not tell me what was going to be trimmed you just did it. That is not professional and that is in fact Illegal and I will be taking legal action. Thank u!

I got my hair cut and colored by a male stylist at Fancy Salon ，he did an amazing job, and it looks great on me .I asked him his name, and he said it’s Fei.

This review is for Nikki! She is the best! We came in today. Nikki is really detailed and careful cutting hair. And she washed my hair, she took her time and so professional! She massaged my scalp and was so relaxing! We live far from Sacramento but would come back to see her again “because of you” Nikki. Very friendly staff, there was another pretty gal there (wearing a blue Bebe top) and she said “bye” to me when leaving.
