My Feet were bought back from the dead🫣 My experience here was great. 🙌This was my first pedicure. I will be getting more. John😎 was an excellent host. I made an appointment and went for the first time about a week and a half ago. I got a full set of acrylic nails and I must say I have been so very pleased with them. I am from Southampton Co. & have been to every place in Franklin and most every place in Suffolk. These are, by far, the best anyone has ever done. He took time and his work is done so well that there is absolutely no lift where the nail growth is. Great work and great prices! I am getting ready to call to make an appointment to have a fill in done in few days so I will update later on that appointment. UPDATE: So I went back and got the fill in. The lady did it this time. I’ve been going here for 10 years and I have no complaints! There’s no other shop that takes care of my nails and feet like Fanci Nails. I highly recommend this place to EVERYONE !!!

It's appointment only which is fine, they worked me in with a cancelation. They were quick and professional and very reasonably priced.

I am sad to say I have ended my services here of 9 years! I would have loved to put 5 stars but when you are smart, disrespectful and just rude because your tired and over worked you have no right to take it out on the client. I honestly thought my appointment was at one time and I was a whole hour early and Dawn was rude for no reason. I was willing to stay and wait til my time even after considering to leave , however when you lose your professionalism and think it’s okay to say what you want then you lose a loyal and good customer. I was more disappointed than angry but I will take my money and service elsewhere and not allow anyone to say what they want to say and I accept it . 9 years of great service gone because of unprofessionalism and poor customer service.
