Very nice couple team. It’s a humble shop—no frills, but they do quality work. As a brand new customer, I called ahead for a pedicure the same day, and he was able to take me. I got a gel pedicure at the end of September. It’s October 30, and no chipping in sight! (See pictures and captions for comparison.) The husband did such a nice job. He trimmed my nails in a way that gives them a very clean look. I’ve never had anyone do that before. He also did really well with cleaning up my feet and heels. Very happy with this pedicure. I don’t have a pedicure place because I haven’t found “that” place yet. I go to a new shop almost every time I get a pedicure. This might be my go to now.

Wow! Reading some of the negative reviews written over the last week, there appears to be a coordinated effort to disparage this salon. I've been a Family Nails customer for over 12 years. Daniel and Lena are wonderful people and go out of their way to make their customers feel special. They genuinely care about me and my family, and both of them do a fabulous job on our manicures and pedicures. The shop is very clean and they are always welcoming!

Those negative reviews are way off base. Disgruntled customer for sure. Daniel and Lena couldn’t be more accommodating. The shop is clean and well kept. They do a great job. I have been coming to them for years. Try them out, you will love their services!

I am looking at some of the reviews and I can't disagree more - Daniel and Lena are an amazing couple with an even more amazing story. I never got my nails done very often because of the salons in Libertyville making you feel like you are not fancy enough well let me tell you I love the services they give manicures and pedicures are as good if not better than most - they talk to the clients and actually care about them. I have been going there for over 10 years and if and when they retire I won't know of another place that I could go and feel like they really care???

If I could leave a 0 star I would. My mom and sister have been going to this business for 8 years or so, my mom and sister have been consistent at getting pedicures and manicures and our family has bought many gift certificates from them over the years for many different occasions. My mom has never missed an appointment and my mom was having some health issues and missed her appointment, instead of the owners being understanding as again she has been a loyal customer they told her she would not be able to book with them again. Next my sister who wasn’t even involved receives a text that she is banned from booking her pedicures. I am absolutely disgusted by the treatment of my family after being a loyal customer. They have gone downhill with service, and have lost my respect entirely. WOULD
