Family Nails

Came here, store was open but they denied mani and pedi. Said they were closed already. Schedule printed on front door said they closed at 6 so I walked in, thinking It was fine.

HORRIBLE experience. Worst gel mani I have ever gotten. I guess he was too busy talking on his phone or watching a show on his phone. Of course I didn’t notice how horrible my nails looked until I got in the car. I would have marched right back in the salon but we had dinner plans . The next morning I noticed two nails already chipped. I stopped back in and was treated like dirt. The young lady huffed when I told her what happened and showed her my nails. Unfortunately it was extremely busy when I stopped in, oh well. I waited for at least 30 minutes when she came and got me and “directed” me to station 4. No personality, no apologies that I had to take time out of my busy day to stop back in. She filed my nails so hard the skin burned. She would not even look at me. She did a quic

Went there once for a manicure got it done by a lady she did an amazing job!!! I went there a second time got a manicure again and this time i got it done by one of the males employee and he didn’t do a very good job still i went back to give the place another try. This time i got a full set and as you could tell they did an awful job. The rhinestone fell off 3 hrs after i got my nails done. Will not be going back

Firstly, I came to this place since it was close. However, I would rather pay money for my three year old niece to do a pedicure. The guy was rude when asked if they used latex gloves (I have an allergy). After another patron stepped in to reiterate that I have an allergy, he said he could do my feet. First red flag. Then he cut my toe. Continued to attempt to dig at my cuticle. I don’t have feet that require such “digging” plus he already cut me so i told him to proceed to the next toe. He got upset and told me $20 dollars. Didn’t color. Didn’t finish. Didn’t apologize. The nerve to act as if I’m subservient to him. Now he cut me with minimal bleeding but, i didn’t come in there like that. Yet he wanted $20. The worst place.

Got my nails done for vacation and they did a wonderful job. Nice clean place and they were friendly and efficient.
