This place is the worst!!!! Terrible customer service. I’m a regular customer for about two years. I come almost every two weeks for a gel manicure, and this last time I went the polish started chipping off around the second day and by a week it was almost off every nail!! I called the owner and told him he gave me a hard time I’m on the phone and finally told me to come in. I went there he ignored me when I came in, finally says something so I go to show him and tell him about it and rudely and blatantly ignored me and wouldn’t even turn to look at me! Needless to say I was baffled at this treatment after being a good regular loyal customer for two years, going for mani’s, pedi’s, massages etc! I’ve spend quite a good amount of money there and I ALWAYS tip VERY well. Well now I regret it,

This place is also very unprofessional and rushed. I came her last week for a gel pedicure and it was very poorly done and didn’t include all services of the pedicure that I was charged $50 for!!! Then I decided to come back a couple days later for my nails something simple and easy. I told them I needed to be quick and they told me no problem. I was left in the middle of my service for someone that came in after that had an appointment and had to wait till there manicure was done to finish being service. This place is the absolute worst nail salon I’ve ever been to in my life. I type this as I’m sitting here waiting for my service to be finished and I will never be returning again. If there is a head number I can find out to call I will be doing so cause this place is terrible if I could

Kevin did a perfect French mani (gel) and pedi (regular). I called in advance that day to see what time they could take me. I'm a business owner too and making an appointment makes a big difference in service. I know walk-ins are welcome but appointments always help with time management. Gorgeous work.

I went here on my lunch break from work to get a gel color manicure. They simply just painted my nails with gel, they barely filed them, they did not clip my cuticles, they did not massage, or moisturize my hands. This was so bare bones, I would consider this a $27 "Polish Change." The woman could not get my existing polish off by soaking and scraping, she insisted on using an electric sander, which I strongly prefer they don't use - I do not have acrylic on my nails and this is unnecessary. The atmosphere says "very bare office that we put nail salon furniture in." It didn't strike me as being remarkably clean, and the staff was not particularly friendly. I won't go back.

I came here for the first time, while there was one other customer and three nail techs. I had a gentleman put on a set of fake tips for me. He didn't file my nails or prep them, just took off the nail polish, and did a bad job at that. It was the worst experience I have ever had. For the money I spent I expected a good treatment, even when I made complaints he said oh no he would fix them, never did. They are very unprofessional and I wish I could get my money back or some one to fix my nails.
