I walked in with my son at 3:15, mind you they don’t close until 4. Lady walks over to be, all surprised. I said was hoping little man could get a hair cut. She said, I’m not taking any new clients. Doesn’t say sorry, just walks away. All she was doing was chitchatting with another hairdresser.

Walked in on a Monday afternoon 40 minutes before closing. Noone was in the lobby or being helped. Asked for a simple haircut and was told, "we are not taking new customers." Will never come back here again and will tell people not to come here. If a business is open, it should serve paying customers.

I love this place. I've been coming here for years. They do such an awesome job and have the best prices. Only downside is they only take walk ins but they also don't answer the phone and their hours aren't that great. When you live a distance and come to be told it's an hour or 2 wait and they might not be able to do what you want, it's quite discouraging.
