Walked in to get a consult into fix a bad haircut cut. Was met by Mary, she was very knowledgeable able I could tell she know what she was doing. Was able to fit me in that daub and gave me an amazing haircut. I get compliments everywhere I go. The salon is clean and they use quality products. I hope Mary is still there when I go back to Florida. Thank you Mary

I was a walk in not knowing anything about this salon. I have always been so fearful of getting my haircut. But I was well overdue for a clean up. I gave specific instructions of what I wanted, showed pics and most importantly what I didn’t want. I have a very specific hairline flaw on the lower portion of the back… how the hair falls at the nape. She did a cut using only scissors when I needed shaping and thinning. What I got, was exactly what I didn’t want. The back of my hair looks as if it had been just a rough cut. I had always received compliments on my hair….. now I am embarrassed to go out and have lost confidence in my appearance. This goes down as the worst haircut of my life.

I went to this salon because I loved my stylist Britany. I followed her from her previous salon, and now to this one. She is the only reason I stayed there and thank god she is gone from there so I can be honest about how bad the salon is…. The stylists ( mostly one named Lauren) is horrible, and I am not even her client. She stacks clients back to back, and leaves them. I watched her leave a woman under a dryer for a long time, and when the client went to leave her hair looked HORRIBLE (and I’m not a stylist). Worst of all she speaks so poorly about all her clients. Numerous occasions she has humiliated clients for their hair color, being frizzy, or having dandruff. She will talk about other employees and other people behind their backs with no shame! She even talked about the owner beh

Well I was a walk in and now a permanent client of Lauren. They were able to fit right in , and fixed my burned hair from over bleaching. Awesome work, clean , friendly I would recommend to anyone i know and feel good about it!

Had my first visit to Family Hair Care on Friday. Lauren permed my long hair and it turned out perfect! I’ve had a few bad perms in the past but she was so understanding and took such great care of me making me feel comfortable and reassured. The salon is so warm and welcoming. So happy!
