Family Cuts

I hate to leave a bad review but I feel that it's necessary for ladies who are looking into cutting their hair here. I went in asking for face framing layers and long layers throughout. I ended up leaving with no layers at all just a straight across cut and "wispies", as they said, that do not at all blend with the rest of my hair. Not at all what I asked for. However, I was polite. I told the stylist I liked it and paid my bill because I was not about to make a scene about some hair that will grow back. But just a heads up for you ladies who are wondering if this is a good place to get your hair cut. I'd take my money elsewhere. I decided to leave two stars instead of one because the stylists were somewhat polite.

All I needed was to shave my undercut because the girl that usually does it for me was completely booked for the next two weeks. Anyways, all I needed was a shave and they completely ruined it. The line that separates my long hair from my undercut is completely crooked now. I only noticed because a huge chuck of hair fell out that she had shaved. Rosie, I belive she's the manager is the one that did. Never again.

Good place if you just want to get your hair chopped off, not if you want a nice haircut. They'll rush your haircut, talk on the phone, and the ladies say things to each other such as "I need to go home early today!" They clearly don't care about the quality of their work - they'll just want to get you out the door asap. If they could just cut your hair with a swift swoop of a machete, I'm sure they would.

The place is welcoming the stylist are friendly the only thing I disagree on is if you left they call your name you are not their then it’s the next person in line, but no the lady left came back wanting to go next. Stylist let her go and I had to wait.

They f'd up my wife's hair. And then every time they charge more than the previous time. Dont even go here. Not even worth $16 a cut. The girl that f'd up my wife's hair shouldnt even work there. Only one time have they cut my wife's hair properly... this should be worth like a $5 haircut or maybe even less
