First and last time coming here. Rosa or Rosita was doing my manicure. She wasn’t very welcoming and seemed like she was disappointed I came as a Walk-In. I had called before and they told me that they had an opening slot. She was doing it quickly and she had cut me. I’m the type of person to not say anything however, when she told me she was done my nails looked ugly. It was as if a toddler had painted them. I had air bubbles on the side of the nail. At the moment of payment I told the manager or owner and she didn’t really pay much attention to my complaint. While I was getting my nails done another customer was going to pay and they raised the price by 10.00 due to something she had asked. Client was told because of certain product. Client stated she wasn’t told so maybe they also need

I asked for square nails some where square some where ovalish then she was cutting my cuticles close to my skin that’s when it started to bleed then she started saying it’s because my cuticles were to thin then she put alcohol on the wound and kept filing while it was still bleeding. The nail polish is missing in some parts my fingers are on fire

I love getting my nails done here . Everyone at the salon is always so welcoming to anyone who walks in . When getting your service done they always take their time never rushing their work they also have fair prices

They do a pretty good job as well with pricing. They give little promo cards. 10 stamps gets you a free mani. The girls who do SNS & acrylic do nice clean work 💅 I always try to switch and try different things and they def work with you!

I Literally just left from their rude company! The employees are very rude& nasty! I usually pay with applepay When i go to them. Today, they “supposedly “ didn’t have the machine working but there were no signs to confirm that with the costumers ! While I was getting my toes done , I was constantly getting cutt by the lady and wasn’t really saying nothing until she cutt me one good time and made my right toenail bleed. The toe was constantly bleeding and she kept on cleaning and applying the oil( in the green bottle). I asked for a discount and they refused to give it to me because they said they didn’t see no cutt on my toe. The same lady that did my toe acted clueless and rude when asked did she make me bleed .
