I called to ask a few question involving, do they do highlights, how much would it cost, didn’t even get to get my question out, before she hung up on me, I said hey I have a few questions, she sounded a little confused witch totally understandable but was rude, she said “are you gonna book an appointment or not” and I said “I would like to ask you a question first before I book”. Then was completely hung up on. Wasent even able to ask any questions!!!

Karlee is AMAZING! Not only is she flexible with her schedule but makes you feel so welcome during each visit. I have never been so happy with my lashes and Hair each time. Hands down would always recommend.
