Fama's Hair Braiding

Texted early on Friday 10/10/25 Older lady corresponds well by text & phone quotes the prices. I sent photo of my desired look owner quoted $250.00 stating the braid size was very small no problem. I arrived waited a while no problem. I selected my hair colors and they begin. I am a mature logical female that very rarely complains and any 1 that knows me knows my hair matters. I decided on an oldskool style very simple standard style which was a bob style braided completely and burned on the ends similar to Max on Living Single. What I received was a a bad knock off version. Let’s be real I only have a teaspoon of hair so I did not expect hair in places where there is none however I expected neatness uniformity & size accuracy. Absolutely loved my experience. I had plans on braiding my own hair but decided to make a last minute appointment here. Best decision I made today and cut my time down to a half. These women are lifesavers!! I was comfortable and felt my hair being done with care and most importantly CORRECTLY! Thank you so much! I will be back!

I wanted to do small box braids shoulder length or to the length of my hair. i showed her an inspo pic via text and she quoted me $220. cool. i get there she says my hair is longer than shoulder length and she needs to charger $250. also cool, but she offered me to do waist length braids for $300. i didn’t and still don’t understand her pricing bc why is waist length $300 and little past shoulder length $250??? i don’t mind paying but i don’t support someone who is just pulling prices out of her hind tail and condescending. she is money hungry and rude.

She is always friendly, true to price, and she has so much love and patience! I would forever recommend her!
