I am so glad to have found her again as her attention to detail and exceptional care for her clients makes her the best in Hampton Roads. As she gives an excellent massage, ensuring every knot is untangled. If the massage doesn’t make you a true believer, the fact that she is the only therapist I know that does fascia blasting, which assuages your muscle tissue and skin to ensure you get proper circulation. I have gone to many massage so called experts to have my trigger points worked out. I felt that most of the ones I went to were good. Well that was before I worked with Faith Foster. Her knowledge on her craft is second to none. She had me walk out with a new respect on the hard work she does.Her office is clean and very relaxing . Faith will take the time to hear your needs and works diligently to help you. People she only has 5 stars for a reason. Faith is the best when you need to relax.

I am REALLY hard on my body and get massages regularly to deal. I tore my hamstring while recovering from hip surgery and when PT didn’t do anything I looked for someone who could address my needs. I was wanting to find someone who didn’t just do massage but a combination of treatments (I.e. fascia blasting, cupping, energy). I went to several who were good but FAITH is nothing short of a miracle worker!! I feel as though she can read my body and can identify areas that are stressed and stuck before I do. She completely healed me and I will continue to go to her regularly for maintenance. She is very knowledgeable about the body and isn’t afraid to get all the knots. After several months of trying various doctors, physical therapy and other massage therapists, Faith is the ONLY one that is able to greatly help control our chronic nerve pain resulting from surgery. I have been getting deep tissue massage for 20+ years , I think this was the most therapeutic massage I have ever had. The only reason why I said I think is because I just got it a few hours ago. If I don't get pain from it then I will upgrade to definitely. My low back has been squawking for a few weeks . She not only fixed that , she fixed places I wasn't aware of. Fabulous service ! ok , next day ...feel tip top slight tenderness to the touch , but not sore to use ! I am thrilled . Not your normal deep tissue by a long shot
