Faith African Hair Braiding

I had the worst experience here !!!!!! I received “kinky braids/twist look. “ all of my twist came out on vacation within the first 4 days of getting service . My flight was the exact next day . I paid for my hair and services total $220-$240 . She refused to give me my money back or fix my hair . She was very nasty , bad attitude and rude to me . I was very considerate of her time. She canceled to review my hair style twice in a row despite informing her of my 2 hour commute (there and back) . Don’t shop here . It’s a waste of time and money . Owners niece is nice but they are sneaky .

Faith is very unprofessional, I called to schedule an appointment and she told me she will check her calendar and call me back, which she never did. I took it as she didn’t want to do my hair anymore. Also, she will give you an appointment time and change it the day of. Which, is very inconsiderate, because she doesn’t know what you have to do. She is unappreciative with the amount of money you choose to tip her. She also got offended because I wouldn’t allow her to hold onto my locing gel (beeswax) until my next appointment. I will gladly take my business somewhere else.

Faith(the owner)has a bad attitude and is very unprofessional. She will tell you to be there at 9 and don’t arrive until 10:30. She will part your hair accordingly(knot less braids) in the front it the back is another story. She make up prices depending on how she feel,I guess. Let her tell it they always short staff, but will make appointments like she has 20 people working. I would not recommend this shop. She got 1 star because that’s the minimum. But in real life 0 stars.

Terrible service. I was once a loyal customer but over time their service progressively got worse. They are never on time for scheduled appointments and I have personally been a victim of them canceling my appointment same day without prior notification. After scheduling an appointment 2days in advance, I arrived on time only to wait an hour plus for the owner to ask me to come back tomorrow because she is short staffed and she “has something to do”. The owner had no respect for my time and continued with a nonchalant attitude.This speaks to the level of professionalism/customer service offered at this shop. I will NEVER visit this braiding shop again. Poor excuse for a place of business.

How she get the name Faith!!! With an inconsiderate attitude I will never return to her shop. She considered Black people has you people how insensitive to say when you people (Black,) people is putting money in her business.
