Fait Maison

I found Fait Maison on Instagram and was instantly drawn to them when I saw they were Filipino-run and hosting a guest artist, Diego, visiting from Chicago. I’ve always wanted a Filipino-inspired tattoo to honor my roots, and Diego was the perfect artist for it. From the moment I arrived, the shop felt welcoming. The space is beautiful, the vibe was chill, and everyone was genuinely friendly. I was there for a 10-hour session for a full wrap-around thigh band, and they made me feel cared for the entire time. Cat, the manager, was beyond amazing so kind and thoughtful. She even shared her dinner with me to make sure I didn’t pass out during the long session. That meant so much to me and shows how much they truly care about their clients. Sag, the owner, was also very warm and welcoming. A

I genuinely cannot say enough good things about Sagun. From the second you walk into Fait Maison, you feel calm, comfortable, and completely taken care of. The environment is so relaxing and spotless, it’s one of those spaces where you instantly feel safe and at ease, which matters so much when you’re trusting someone with your body and your vision. Sagun is unbelievably skilled and talented. Every single time, he brings my ideas to life even better than I imagined. He absolutely nailed all three of my tattoos, and because of that, I truly won’t trust anyone else with my skin. His attention to detail, patience, and ability to understand exactly what you want is next level. On top of that, he is more than fairly priced for the beauty and quality of his work. I am very cautious when it comes to trying new salons for my eyebrows. Have always been loyal to the few people I allow to touch my eyebrows. When my curly hair specialist Moone was telling me the process of the eyebrow sculpt and tint that Rommy provides, I was intrigued go give it a try. It was what I expected and more. You can tell she loves what she does and wants to make sure her clients are comfortable and satisfied with the outcome. I was fascinated by the process and she took the time to explain it. It was also very relaxing. Will definitely do it again. :)

I've also done the brow sculpt and tint with rommy which was actually very relaxing. I appreciate how meticulous she is with the service and I plan to go again. I am new to the curly hair routine and I must say that this salon and with Moone. I have learned so so much about how to properly care for (from wash to style to refresh) my curly hair! For the longest time I thought my hair was just frizzy and tried one other curly salon in NYC. In NYC I considered my hair to be more wavy. But this salon with this stylist showed me my hairs true potential to bouncy n curly so I can't go anywhere else anymore :) so grateful to find such expertise and overall great client experience. Beautiful space and wonderful staff in my experience. Highly recommend.

Excellent service and great price. Ask for Rommy if you get a brow wax. Not only is she super friendly, she loves what she does and it meticulous about it: for example, she’ll draw what she’ll do on your face beforehand to make sure you’ll be happy with the end result.
