From the moment we walked in, to the moment we left, we were treated as family. They were so kind and all the amenities were in great condition. We joined for a couples massage and enjoyed every minute before and after, with lots of hydrotherapy. We had great massages, and everything felt paced perfectly. Thank you so much!

I recently celebrated my birthday at Fairmont Spa with a friend, and it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment we arrived, we were enveloped in a cozy atmosphere, enhanced by the warm and welcoming staff. While there isn’t a jacuzzi or pool, the eucalyptus steam room in the clay bar was an absolute highlight for us. The treatment rooms were serene, and the quality of the services was exceptional. My friend enjoyed a fantastic massage from Brittany, while I indulged in a facial with Jen. The treatment room bed was warm and comfortable, and Jen’s kindness, along with her soothing voice, made the experience truly special. It was a very relaxing place. My therapist was incredibly knowledgeable about massage and the island of Maui. She really was pleasant to talk to and made the 2 hrs fly by! I did the Hawaiian experience. Best money spent. I would recommend this for any special occasion.

Just had the most incredible spa experience at the Fairmont Spa. Kellie and Shannon took such good care of my mom and me. We felt pampered and were treated like queens.

First spa I've been to on Maui and it didn't disappoint. Me and the wife got the couples lomi-lomi package off of groupon. Our masseuses were very nice and you could tell they knew what they were doing. I was worried going in because I had a raging sunburn but they assured me that they see it basically every day and they were very accommodating to my comfort level. After the massages we then spent another hour and a half using the steam rooms and showers. They let you use the spa services for the whole day, you can even leave and come back later. I say book your appointment as early as possible, when it's much more private in the steam rooms and such. We felt like the 1%ers. 10/10 Although I wish the mens room had the different types of showers as the womens room. But the mens room does h
