Steve - lack of consideration and unprofessional. Scheduled with Steve for 12PM on 2/28, less than an hour before the appointment he asks to reschedule for 4:30. Then around 4PM he asks to reschedule to ANOTHER DAY because of a family event he was already aware of. Rescheduled for 12PM on 3/2. Confirmed with him an hour in advance, I leave work on my lunch break just to wait outside the shop being closed and no response from him until after I left. His response ended up being an excuse that doesn’t explain why he wasn’t at the shop to begin with. Very inconsiderate that I had to adjust my schedule for him on multiple occasions. GET HIM A CALENDAR
Great place. They are super welcoming and did a great job. Listened to exactly what I wanted and was very thorough to give me the exact cut I wanted.
