I showed up for my appointment on time with TC—only for the barber to show up late, smelling like drugs and looking like he didn’t want to be there. From the start, he was rough and careless, putting so much pressure on my head that I walked out with neck pain. And the haircut? Absolutely awful. Uneven, sloppy, and nothing like what I asked for. I seriously regret ever stepping foot in this place. These people clearly don’t care about their work or their customers. It’s a shame this place is even allowed to operate.
