Faded

The hair cut was okay, I’ve need here multiple times. HOWEVER, what they did today was unprofessional and unacceptable. I had the earliest appointment at 10, cause I have other things to do during the day. They walked in at 9:50, and did not turn any “open” sign on, so I was waiting for them to be ready, thinking they needed more time. At ~10:05, I walked in, and they told me they can’t do it because I was late… I was there before any of them! The door was even locked when I try to get in. Clearly not ready for any customers! Very rude and unprofessional, won’t be coming back again.

You fired your best stylist and lost my business because you looked through her personal things and she was trying to make sure she had a list of her clients! Petty at the very least! No loyalty looses mine!

If I could leave a 0 I would !!!. DO NOT use the girl that’s new from San Diego . She destroyed my head . I had to go to a different Salon to have them fixed it . It’s so embarrassing!😡 I don’t know how that place even saw it was OK to put clippers in her hands.

I’m not one to ever leave reviews but I’m very upset. This place is very un- professional. We are early every single day and the one day we are a minute late they can’t do the hair cut. There were 3 workers there and one customer leaving after his hair got cut. The rest of the place was empty. Kelly was very rude over the phone and in person. We always tip her good and she is unpleasant. She doesn’t like to have conversations and doesn’t go out of her way to start a conversation. Definelty recommend going ANYWHERE but here to get ur hair cut. Very very disappointed. ESPECIALLY avoid Kelly. she’s very rude and un professional. It’s sad she ruined it for the other workers there. Defiantly will not be going back ever again.
