Faded Barbershop

I want to give a background. My elderly father was recovering from surgery and unable to shave himself due to his whiskers were too much. I called all the barbers in town and Faded Barber was the only one that said he could take Dad's overgrown whiskers down so Dad could shave himself again. The Barber was kind and helpful and Dad was so happy. I took Dad in today for a haircut. Dad explained how he likes his haircut, it looked great. The barber engaged Dad in conversation as he cut Dad's hair. I recommend this young man highly.

I had to download an app just to make an appointment. Wouldn't let me create an account with a local phone number. Messaged the owner. I only gave 1 star because 0 wasnt an option! Do better

Lane is on point! This guy knows his stuff and will go the extra mile to make sure you're satisfied. Great atmosphere and friendly service. If you're looking for a fade or something new, stop in and see lane. He'll clean you right up! And LOVE his scheduling in the app. Makes getting your appointment so easy, and selecting what you're looking for, even after hours!

Absolutely incredible customer service. Beautiful location. 10/10 recommend Lane for anyone needing the best haircut they will ever get.

I came here a while back for the first time and Lane did an okay job with a fade. I honestly believe they over charge for a cut, it was more than $50 for an okay fade. I’ll stick with my barber who charges 25 for a fade and a shave. The most you should for a cut around the ottumwa area should be no more than $30. Don’t make a fool out of yourself paying more than 50 for an okay cut.
