Fade Factory ATL

I’m from out of state and this was my first time visiting an ATL barbershop and I was not disappointed. The barbers on hand, Jeff and Naseer, were very hospitable and made me feel welcome instantly. As far as the cut, I was a Friday walk-in and Naseer was nice enough to work me into his schedule. Despite being under time constraints because his next client was due in about 30 minutes, he was able to produce a professional and high quality cut that did not feel rushed. Very great communication as well. Highly recommend.

First timer from out of town. And first fade in 15yrs! Needed a last minute rescue after a bad cut at home. All the guys there were very friendly and welcoming. Akeem saved the day and it turned out great, so I’ll definitely be back soon before leaving ATL.

I had a wonderful time. They gave great customer service and care. I mainly decided to go after I called because of the wonderful phone etiquette of one of the fellas, and comfort I felt while speaking to him. The outcome of my hair style has made me happy. Lives up to the name. Walked in a Akeem got me taken care of ASAP! Plus the guys there had great energy! Would definitely recommend!

Nas was my barber. He was a cool guy and friendly But he really doesn’t follow instruction well. I asked for a shadow temp fade and just trim the wild hairs off the top. He took more than half off. He took my hairline way too far back. The back of my head, he cut it completely bald. He didn’t use any alcohol on my face nor on my head. I had to ask him to turn My chair around so I can see the back of my head. Expressed that he took my hairline to fall back he did apologize but no discount. I asked him what the price he kind of hesitated and said $60 he looked up to see If was going to say anything. I just sent the money and I’ll never be back.
