James knows almost everything there is to know about skin. I had trouble with my skin from shaving and since my treatment and post skin management I haven't had another. His office is clean and serene. I have sent all my clients to Facials Bi Design and they all gave it 👍👍

James did an amazing job!! Everything was so relaxing, from the atmosphere in the treatment room to his very gifted hands. The products used felt very lightweight and weren't heavily scented. 10 out of 10, I would definitely recommend!
