I can’t say enough great things about my experience at Covina Facial Suites! From the moment you walk in, you feel relaxed. You’re greeted by the receptionist, Jazz, who is always sweet and helpful. She’ll guide you to the waiting room where you meet Gigi. The waiting room is perfect—comfy sofas and you can help yourself to tea or cool water while you wait. There’s even a members-only room with a long sofa where you can lay down and relax if you arrive early. Honestly, I’ve never had to wait long, but sometimes I like to arrive early just to enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. Then Gigi calls you in and the magic begins! You change into a comfy, clean robe and the treatment room is so calming—soft music, dim lighting, and the most amazing scent in the air. I’ve had facials, waxing, and eyebrow

Overall amazing experience at this facility. It was my first time going, first time I've ever had a facial. I got the Gentleman's Facial. The facility was very nice, very warm and welcoming. The staff was very professional and friendly. The staff member that worked on me was very knowledgeable, very communicative and gave me recommendations on what I can do to keep up my skin care routine.

Had a facial this weekend and I highly recommend this place it was an amazing experience everyone is so friendly from the front desk girl to the Estheticians. I got the youth glow facial it was $125 for 50 minutes. I loved every minute of it they also gave me a little foot rub with my mask on that was nice and I just felt so relaxed I would definitely come back. Products used are youth glow skin care they vegan, cruelty and paraben-free ingredients, products that are viable to the environment and organic. Finally found a place that uses organic products and I could not be happier. I am from Nevada Veronica please open a store here one day.

The esthetician was very welcoming and asked about my skin care routine and areas that I wanted her to focus on. She paid close attention to areas that she noticed needed attention and explained products she used to continue treating areas with gentleness. The experiences was very calming and relaxing. The manager there is very rude, right off the bat she has a negative vibe. She’s very unfair, treats the employees/staff poorly, and even the clients get treated differently if your not a big influencer your just another regular person.
