Facial Mania Med Spa - Coral Gables

recently sing up for a membership at this horrible place called Facial Mania Med Spa located in Coral Gables, be aware they have multiple locations and they are all the same. What I encountered was nothing short of a SCAM. It was nothing like the high-quality service that was promised. All because they call me to confirm my appointment and I requested to be change and the person on the phone went BALLISTIC. When I attempted to voice my concerns, the representative was dismissive and did not allow me to speak. My request to talk to a manager was brushed off, making me feel ignored and unheard. I just had a consult with Jessinia and she was great! She answered all of my questions and recommended treatments based on my main concerns. I love Facial Mania Kendall!! I recommend it to everyone. Dr. Isvan has also helped me with IV therapy and it was a life saver when traveling and helping my immune system. Thank you all for everything!

Cristina was amazing. She was so professional and paid attention to detail. She gave me a level of comfort like no other. The med spa was beautiful and very clean and the front desk staff member Sami was so accommodating and friendly. Facial Mania is top tier in my book!

Great Spa! The staff are warm and professional. The spa offers a lot of services and they carry very good skin products. I had botox treatment in the Miami Lakes location and recently a signature facial in the Coral Gables location. They were all very nice and accommodating. I highly recommend Facial Mania.

The HydraFacial was fantastic and the staff always takes really good care of you. I truly recommend this place!
