Hana was an absolute delight! Her friendly demeanor made me feel at ease during my first facial. Thanks to her expertise, I’m now more than prepared for my wedding. I thoroughly enjoyed my facial and appreciated her meticulous attention to detail. She ensured that every product she used was suitable for my skin and kept me informed about the process. I can’t wait to schedule my next appointment!

This was our first visit and WOW—life changing is an understatement. The staff was incredibly friendly, and my fiancé and I literally cannot stop talking about how amazing the experience was. We both keep saying we should have been booking facials years ago. We each had separate sessions with Riley, and he was absolutely amazing. He took the time to recommend the right service for my skin type, explained everything clearly, and even suggested a new product for me to try. My skin has never felt better. We loved every minute of it and cannot wait to come back. Highly recommend!

Marci and the sweet receptionist made me feel so welcomed! Marci was so knowledgeable of my skin needs and was so communicative about what she thought I needed to help repair my barrier and address my individual concerns like rosacea. The overall experience was so relaxing and just easy. Marci is a delight! Faced is lucky to have her as an esthetician. The studio was light and luxurious. I left feeling Glowy and overall like I had new skin. That was definitely what I wanted to achieve at 42. I will definitely be back and highly recommend. Please open a studio in Woodstock. :)

Paris is very sweet, but I dont think I'll be back. I have never had a facial done in a reclining chair before, even a heated chair would have been nice but I received a thin blanket. I noticed the music was loud and then Tracy Chapman started playing...I was very confused as to why this was playing...in a spa... I have had many facials, so I was looking forward to some sort of a scalp massage but my head wasn't touched once. If you want a place that gets the job done for your skin needs, then this is the place to go, but as far as a relaxing spa vibe, I would pass on this place.

We had great first experiences at Faced! For myself the facial was very relaxing & produced great results! Another family member also had a “ teen facial “ with a great first experience as well. Enjoying the benefits and new products. We will def return , the staff were all amazing and very professional thankyou!
