This place is setup so nicely. Izzy was absolutely amazing and helped me pick out the perfect shades and products for me. As a makeup lover, I've tried so many brands but never seen such incredible products with unique packaging. I was able to test out anything before purchasing which is a huge plus. Again Izzy tysm for all the help and excellent customer service!!

I love all Face Stockholm products and being able to visit their only store in the U.S is a treat. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, but never pushy. Their cosmetic testers are clean and they are well-stocked. The actual store interior is stunning as well.

This is THE best place to buy make up and skin care products in Columbia County, and beyond. The people who sell the Face Stockholm line are trained make-up artists. They can match products to your skin and hair, they never oversell or push and every product I have every bought from Face Stockholm I use up. Highly recommend.

I had a very disappointing experience here. I found a shirt that was marked at $24, but when I went to pay, I was charged $260. This feels like a clear case of overcharging, and I can't help but wonder if my background as a POC played a role in this treatment. While the staff did ultimately give me a refund, the whole situation was incredibly inconvenient. I had to ask my friend to drive me back to the store to give back the item before taking me to the train station to come back to the city..this added unnecessary hassle to my day. It’s frustrating to feel like I was treated differently in a predominantly wealthy neighborhood. I expected better transparency and fairness.. It’s important for businesses to treat all customers with respect and fairness regardless of their background.
