I was given a gift certificate, and I had the glow facial with Josie, as my “esthe”! Wow! Baby Wow! I booked another one for January! She’s very smart about all things healthy and skin related. Very lovely place! Also, the person who checked me in and out was so very helpful! Great place!

Tried Face Haus for the first time. Had Olivia has my esthetically, she was kind, informative and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

My star rating is based on the customer service during booking. I was genuinely excited to schedule my appointment and booked well in advance after hearing great things about a specific esthetician. A week before my appointment, I was informed that the esthetician would no longer be able to see me and was offered alternative dates—none of which worked, as I needed the facial before a wedding. There was no apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience, which made the cancellation feel careless and unconcerned. Thankfully, I was able to book a last-minute facial at The Alchemy, and the experience there was amazing.

I brought my daughter in to celebrate her 11th birthday with a couple of friends. Frank and Olivia made the girls feel very comfortable with the process and it was a special event. Plus they all had glowy skin post Teen Spirit facials. We will definitely be back.

My daughter has had a wonderful experience at Face Haus with both Olivia and Alex! She feels very comfortable with the staff and always says she is completely refreshed after every visit. Will come back again!
