LOVE LOVE LOVE Ava! My brows turned out phenomenal; my brows have always been third cousins and could get them nowhere near related, and she listened to exactly what I needed. I'm new to the area and I came in nervous, but I left with Henna brows and a new friend.

Edit/follow up: I will say their customer service alone is phenomenal. All the ladies I've encountered during my short visit have been so sweet. I went back for a tint and went with a darker shade and it did last longer this time. It didn’t last the full 2 weeks but it is what it is at this point. I asked for the blanket this time and found out it was weighted and was so comfy :) First timer and had my eyebrows tinted last week and it already faded within 5 days :(. I was told it should last at least 2 weeks. I followed their instructions to avoid exfoliating and using oils in that area but no use. I avoided even washing my eyebrows for the first 3 days. I had a monthly membership to Face Foundrie and loved going in every month for my self care facial. The products they use are so fresh and clean, leaving my skin happy. The staff there is so friendly and knowledgeable as well. My skin has improved so much after visiting them. I also really like that if you can’t do the monthly membership, you can pause it at your own convenience. Definitely recommend!

Bought gift card for Xmas gift for my wife. Specifically asked them to be certain they did not send her texts or emails, as it was a gift she wouldn’t receive until Xmas. Staff person ensured me she’d turn off notifications so it would not be an issue My wife got an email 3 days later welcoming her, encouraging her to schedule an appointment, and provided her gift card balance. I’m sure services will be fantastic- but this was rotten.
